Instructions: The County of Santa Clara Special Events Ordinance, Ordinance No. NS-502.8, establishes standards for the issuance of permits for special events using County roads, in order to provide a coordinated process ensuring the health and safety of special event participants, users of the County roadways, and adjacent property owners. To assist participants, roadway users, and residents, the Special Events process includes an option for subscription to an early e-mail notification upon issuance of a permit. If you would like to subscribe for notification e-mails, please complete the questions below. Subscription will also automatically supply you with post-event comment e-mail, to allow you to share your experience of the event.
