You can use this on-line service to "Register to Visit" inmates housed at the Santa Clara County Department of Correction Elmwood Complex and Main Jail Complex. You can also schedule and update visits to inmates housed at Elmwood Complex.
If you are a first time user and have never visited an inmate at Elmwood or the Main Jail, please follow these onetime steps to register for visiting:
- Create a login account
- Log in using the account you created
- Complete and submit the DOC Visitor Registration form
- You will be notified by email of your visitor approval status
Once approved, you can "Log In" by clicking the link located at the upper-right hand corner to schedule and update visits to the inmates housed at Elmwood Complex.
If you have previously visited an inmate at Elmwood or the Main Jail and wish to use this on-line service, please contact OVRsupport@doc.sccgov.org to obtain your login account information. Include your full name, date of birth and ID number provided on the registration form.
