You can use this on-line service to:
- Register as a visitor at the Santa Clara County Elmwood Correctional
Facility and the Correctional Center for Women (CCW).
- Look up inmate booking information.
- Schedule and edit your visits, once you are approved as a visitor.
If you have registered via paper registration at the Main Jail or Elmwood facilities, please contact OVRsupport@doc.sccgov.org for your login and password information. Provide your full name, date of birth and ID number used on the registration form.
To use this service, please follow these steps:

- Create a login account with the Santa Clara County website by clicking
on the "Sign Up" button below.
- Log in using the account you created.
- Complete and submit the DOC Visitor Registration form.
If you already have a login account with this website:
- Log in (see the link located at the upper-right hand corner of this page) to be directed to the Login page.
If you do not have a login account with this website, please click on
the "Sign Up" button below.
If you do not wish to use this service, but still wish to register as
a visitor,
- Go to the Elmwood Correctional Facility to register. Click
here for more Visiting Information or
- Print the Visitor Registration form. You may mail or fax the
completed form to Elmwood/CCW Visit Scheduling Staff at:
